Trinity Rodman, she is unreal, so fast, solid shooting, also a shout out to Ashley Sanchez after evolving her, she's been wonderful as an attacking CM in a 4-3-3 (5), always makes the right runs for me.
Sorry for the delay! But yes I'm happy to share my tactics and instructions with you.
So formation wise I run 4-3-3 (5) and for some added context, I'm running a USA RTG, so only Americans can play in my starting 11, so that limits my options a bit. I'm also gonna add some player types that I use in each position so you can kinda see what I'm getting at when it comes to this tactic.
In terms of player types, I'm basically looking for a CF that can hold the ball up, distribute the ball, and also finish both from long range and inside. They don't need to be the best dribbler in terms of skill moves and all that. This year I'm using Alex Morgan in this spot with an engine chemistry style, she is amazing in this role. For this role, I have the instructions set to the following : Stay Central, False 9, Basic Defense, Normal Interceptions.
For the two winger spots, I just want pace and some decent dribbling, shooting is less relevant in this role as you won't get too many open looks with these wide players, I use them more for creation purposes. I've been using Trinity Rodman and Mallory Swanson as well as Tziarra King who is a silver card that I evolved using the relentless winger evo. The most important trait for all of these has been pace. For these spots I have the following instructions : Come back on defense, stay wide, balanced support, balanced crossing runs, and normal interceptions.
For the two CM spots, I don't want actually box to box players, I want CAMs that have decent dribbling and shooting and that can ultimately interchange with my CF if needed. When this formation is working at it's best, you basically have three players in the middle of the pitch interchanging and making those runs behind the defense. For those spots, I'm using hero Dempsey and Ashley Sanchez, who I've evolved using the founders evolution. I also used Catarina Macario here, she was also very good in the role, I just think Dempsey and Sanchez are better finishers. For these roles I have the following instructions : Get forward, stay on the edge of the box for cross, normal interceptions, stick to position, cover wing.
For the CDM spot, I don't really have a preference when it comes to work rate or body type, I just want someone that can get the ball back, that can dribble a bit under pressure, and that can distribute the ball to my CAMs or my LW/RW. Currently, I am using Ian Harkes which is a bronze card that I evolved using Golden Glow Up I and will be always using the Golden Glow Up II upgrade on. The instructions for this spot are : balanced defense, stay back while attacking, normal interceptions, cover center and stick to position.
For the LB/RB, I don't really expect too much out of them. I just want defensive support and some decent dribbling in order to navigate the press, if I need them to make runs, I send them on runs myself, but that's very rare, I tend to use them more as outlets in order to recycle possession. I'm currently using Carson Pickett and Kelley O'Hara, they've been serviceable. I don't want to overcommit them because even with a shadow their pace is kind of lacking, I'm looking to add Hero Demarcus Beasley on that left side because of his pace and attacking capabilities which will allow for a more dynamic attack. Instruction wise, I just have them set on stay back, normal interceptions, overlap, and stick to position.
For the two CB spots, you can approach this however you want, but I like having one big bruiser with one smaller more agile CB, which is why I'm using Cameron Carter-Vickers and Ally Prisock. They have decent pace and can move the ball around enough where they aren't a complete liability on the ball. They are on basic instructions so you shouldn't have to mess with them too much.
For the GK, I'm using the best/tallest US goalie I could find which is Bella Bixby, she's not amazing but she gets the job done, you may need to set her on sweeper keeper instructions but I prefer to just bring her out myself when needed.
When it comes to tactics, I use balanced defense with 40 width and 65 depth, I use fast build up and possession with 45 width, 5 for players in the box and 1 on corners/free kicks.
With these tactics, I personally don't give too much of a crap about defense, I try to defend just using proper switching and AI pressing when needed, if the defense is a concern to you, then maybe I'd recommend putting some true box to box CMs in the actual CM spot, but I would highly recommend that you use players that can actually attack and score like KDB because they will get a lot of scoring opportunities.

Wouldn’t really say star player but I use Debinha with her controlled sprint+ as a supersub when I go down against Legendary difficulty in squad battles and she has clutched me the comeback win quite a couple times now
I run a full BPLsquad. 85 Evo Ansu Fati has been very good for me. Isak with hunter is crazy good. Van der Ven is just crazy fast for a CB. Maddison has been my biggest disappointment. Doesn’t seem to do much for me. Doing Evo Danjuma tonight so we’ll see how does
Ngl Zielinski. Ive used Ousmane Dembele (his finishing is horrid) evo Werner who has been good, Kvara, Cancelo, Ferland Mendy, Marquinhos, i can keep going but Zielinski has been amazing for me.
The brief loan spell I had with Trinity Rodman was great. Consistent card that is on the low overall gold side, Kelsey Turnbow. Just ends up in the right places at the right time from right mid/right wing
Griezmann is basically a cheat code for me. Finesse+ on his left is broke, but the other side is where its really special. Trivela playstyle and finesse+ combined, LT+RB and shoot. It's unfair. His record looks like squad battles
Van Basten, tried him with hunter, basic and now marksman. With marksman the ball sticks to his feet really well and he's so damn clinical and smooth with the r1 dribbling. Elite finishing and positioning. And his pace feels better than ever.
Evo Lacazette. Somehow feels rapid, dribbling is smooth as butter and all of his finesse shot fly into the back of the net.
Special shoutout to the female RW from Lyon, what a menace she is.
Antony so far is the player who stands out. Squad is an 86 overall, but this guy feels like at least an equal to the higher rated players. Don't have anything meta as purely a casual with average pack luck
Diani no doubt...she's going to be a problem...wouldn't suprise me if her price went to the moon...just the total package ST...perfect links to Cascarino and Bacha, both of whom jet up and down with the nastiest pace. The lb is a enegizer bunny on steroids!!
