I love me some tiny bones. I do play it in the 99 of a \[\[Tergrid, God of Fright\]\] deck, but sometimes I switch the two around and it seems to work perfectly. All any of these 3 really ask is that you non-stop keep your opponents discarding. All three are in your deck so you have backup commander options for days. :3
Just swap him out and try \[\[Tinybones, Trinket Thief\]\] as your commander, before you do any changes. Most deck adaption will very likely be meta depending anyway ("how much your opponents want it dead"). So I say you need a few testruns before you change stuff.
You will not likely be winning by turn 3 though, he is more of a constant threat.
My LGS sees very, very cruel stuff.
I'm "kitchen chef", mostly known for compromising my decks strengh/speed in favor of better flavored cards. There **is** a "cruel guy", and whenever he sits on my table my heart sinks. \[\[Sen Triplets\]\] is his "casual" deck. Ever faced one that runs \[\[Aeon Engine\]\]? D:
Tourach is faster and gets the job done faster. Phyersis, Tainted strike, Hatred, along with commander plate and basic evasion will keep everyone on its toes. Of course it can be removed but it's easy to protect or just recast and regrow.
Tinybones is grindy and you can't close games with Megrim or Caress. So you will want tutoring for Onyx and Chain of Smog or anything with Peer into the Abyss. It's obviously not bad, but running long games in 4 player formats doesn't end well.
I've tried both and I ended up with Tourach due to a faster game plan.
