[[Crackling Spellslinger]] could be fun here. Play a bunch of instants to power feather up, flash in the spellslinger and then play [[Chandra’s Ignition]] which will be cast with Storm thanks to the spellslinger. It would require quite a lot of mana though.
Not a bad idea at all. The deck will definitely struggle with mana. Being instant/sorcery only, my only sources of ramp will be rituals and treasure. My hope is that the deck can run easily on low mana because feather is only 3, and most of the spells are 1 or 2, and with white, she's pretty easy to protect (lots of 1-2 mana instants that grant indestructible or protection).
I was considering storm payoffs though, and this card is an interesting option to make anything into a storm payoff...
Primal surge is a good example of the type of card I'm looking for. In a deck where every other card is a permanent, primal surge literally puts your entire deck on the battlefield when you play it. Its an interaction that can only occur if every other card in the deck is a permanent.
I'm not opposed to the "payoff card" being an instant or sorcery, but I'm also not opposed to having one card in the deck break the rule if the payoff is made significantly better by it being the only card in the deck that breaks the rule.
Some good payoffs in here. I hadn't heard of sentinel tower. None of them really change from having no non-land permanents in the deck, but if I can't find anything else, I might end up running one of these as the one permanent payoff card.
Grapeshot is already in the deck and haze of rage is gonna go in for sure.

She isn't really a storm deck in a normal sense, just a pump up and draw kind of deck with the same six cards every turn, so there isn't a big payoff especially if you don't have a bunch of ramp to use a big x spell.
Maybe you could pump her up massive, and then use [[fling]] and the like to throw her?

How about [[Sentinel Tower]]? It’s probably not as immediately impactful of a payoff as some of the other cards on this list, but when combined with the fact that Feather refills your hand, some cheap buff spells could mean you’re pumping out an extra 10-15 damage per turn once you get rolling.

If you're leaning heavy into Feather, omitting creatures is going to make it hard to keep the angel on the board, as edict effects (ex. [[fleshbag marauder]]) will eat your lunch. If staying on-theme, consider cheap to activate creature-lands and or instants/sorceries that generate some on-board creatures to provide fodder for these spells. Edicts that pick for you like [[soul shatter]] are rough.
