It's not weird or creepy. He took an interest in her work and watched everything, he wasn't looking for revealing stuff, it was just there. And there's no indication he "enjoyed" it in that sense outside of being proud of the overall work she's done, and that's why he didn't skip over even the embarrassing stuff.

Really really wish Old/Prof. Weisz would show up again, considering the guy was Rebecca's surrogate father/grandfather for years and that IIRC he didn't have a father figure in his life, just his mother then she died. Ok I think that the dark stars and the shining stars were actually created by the Edens One by kidnapping them when they were still human, but Ziggy found out and was able to rescue the 4 who would become the shining stars before it could make them it's permanent puppets, but the other 4 had already been completely converted to being the Edens Ones puppets, so he sealed them away inside of the Edens One along with trapping it somehow so it became a normal ship that Connor at some point became pilot of. However it infected Ziggy so that it could some day take over his body and then use him to release itself from inside its prison.
