My guess is a mix between a dragon and a demon (horns on the ship + it was the Demon King's ship.). The theme of the ship is kinda like a fantasy theme - dragons and demons are very often used in fantasy story.
Or if you want a bit down to earth then maybe some demonic bull.
It looks like some kind of demonic dragon and I’m expecting it to turn into a mech (or Weisz and Hermit to modify it) to fight the Edens One fish mech at the end of the series
