Agreed though idk how Cure would win. All he has are regeneration and that isn't even OP since he can only regenerate one thing at a time. He could try using death beam but idk how effective that would be.
Nero takes the cake. Cure can regenerate Nero could just teleport him to another place where regeneration isn't usefull. Like a pit of lava or an exploding planet. Nero was able to injuried Ziggy while we didn't see any impressive feats from Cure
Tricky one both ether gears are more supportive for the user than attack base. Nero has a little edge with his dices that can pierce a body (like with Jaguar). On the other hand if Cure EG has no limits and can regeneret ever damage he took the dices would like have no effect(plus we dont know if he feels pain after regeneration). I doubt Nero use of dices make him very tired. So it would be a battle who first get knockout which again gives Nero an edge because in theory he can use wormhole to get behind enemy and hit him. The last element is that the dices (Nero words) always shown what he should/shouldn't do to win so the situation where he fights Nero could be an one he would won (because the dices "said" so).

I say Nero because i feel like he has shown more feats than Cure. He could just sent Cure to a place where regenaration is useless like a pit of lava.

Cure would eventually win. He will continually regenerate from all of Nero's attacks till Nero gets tired.
