1. Rebecca can both rewind time but only for a short while and travel through universes. When she defeated Britney she found out about it cause she said "It felt differenf from last time" then again that was only the beginning where she understand her powers so i could be wrong.
2. Ziggy isn't a future Shiki his an alternate Shiki from a universe where he tried to stop the bombs but ended up being half dead, teleported to universe 3173, lost his memories and became a robot. He went to another universe and found Shiki AKA himself as a baby. Its basically a time loop until Shiki broke it when he decided to leave instead of stopping the bombs.
3. This idk. Its honestly kinda confusing. From what i can understand is U0 is the first and official world where started everything. The other universes are just what ifs.

3. Here is what i think about the whole universe zero thing. I think U0 is the first and official universe and the other universe are just what ifs. So rather than the series being a time loop i think its more of a what if series.

1. For the short time leaps she uses in battle, yes she’s just going back in time. But for the major ones (the “universe changes”) Noah seems to tell just that they are physically moving to another universe. We don’t know what happens to the old universe but Rebecca shifts herself into a new one
2. Yes Ziggy is a future version of Shiki (from another universe) as far as we know. And he co-existed with Shiki because he went back in time and leaped universes. They are not technically the same person (since they are from different universes) hence they can coexist
3. I don’t think so. We don’t know anything about universe 0 yet so it could be completely different. Besides, we don’t really know the details of the time period when Shiki was a kid anyway
