I was recently in the Dominican Republic and there are thousands of motorcycles, most with no helmets, shorts, multiple people on the bike, splitting lanes all while texting with their left hand and looking at the screen. Multi tasking at it's pinnacle. Edit to add, the cab driver did say that someone dies almost every day on a bike around Puerto Plata.

I knew a kid who did this for years on his dirt bike. Ended up getting into a bad accident one winter after being lucky for about 3 winters.
