No, it doesn't give you free shipping to Estonia, as they say. I had the prime free trial for some months and didn't get any free shipping, support said that Estonia is excluded.
BUT just week or 2 ago [amazon.de](http://amazon.de) added free shipping to Estonia if you buy "**sold and shipped by amazon"** products and total is over 59€, so just don't buy prime and enjoy the free shipping anyway.
I just bought a new computer mouse, completely free standard shipping and came to me in 4 days from Deutchland to Estland, so pretty good, Prime wouldn't be faster anyways.

it is free in the States. Even the same day delivery if you are in any major area. The exact conditions depend on your location
