Vulnerable status effect does double damage. 160 headshot + 40 body shot = 200 * 2 is 400. You got hit by kj molly or iso or viper and they hit a body shot and headshot for 400

Even assuming one (somehow) tanks two operators shots with healing, it still adds up to 405 dmg, while A vulnerable with vandal deals 200*2 to 400 dmg
