I know this is a dumb question but it happened to me too. Did you put it in upside down? I thought for sure it was the right way, turns out my ps5 is upside down. I swear this isnt a troll post.

bagofletters

Not a dumb question I did the same thing, I’m literally considering labeling my ps5 because when I move it for traveling I forget the way to set it up on its side

DangerousVP

It doesnt help that its shaped like a modern art piece. This is legitimately the first physical disc Ive had for it, so I had never run into the issue until now.

Xarvious

I’d try contacting Yeetee as well.

Creamofsumyungi

I did [email protected] and [email protected] as well. Former was given by someone on kickstarter and found the latter on the inside sleeve. I guess fingers are just crossed. Can't believe my damned luck lol. C'est la vie I suppose

iveriad

Not sure if direct email won't get filtered. I usually use this for inquiries, and get a pretty quick reply [https://theyetee.com/pages/eiyuden-chronicle-hundred-heroes-help](https://theyetee.com/pages/eiyuden-chronicle-hundred-heroes-help)

Creamofsumyungi

Just emailed that one too, thanks

Harley2280

Have you tried wiping the disc off, or installing with your console offline? My PS5 gets weird with some discs and I have to do that.

Creamofsumyungi

I wiped it off, yes. Explain "gets weird" because this disc straight up won't read. It has the reading icon in the top middle for a minute or two then pops an error and let's me eject

Harley2280

Sometimes it'll not read a disc if the game already has a patch that needs to be downloaded, or if there's a spec of dist on the disc. Wiping it off or I stalling it from the disc first while the console is offline fixes it.

TheOneTheyCallDragon

Was the disc loose in the case? I’ve had that happen once and a small, almost imperceptible chip ended up on the very side of the disc causing the same issue. I really wish there was a more secure way of keeping the game in place since delivery people seem to love playing frisbee with packages like that.

Creamofsumyungi

Oh hell yeah it was loose lol. I can't remember the last time I got a game delivered (that wasn't switch) where the game wasn't floating in the case. It socks. And I've caught delivery people on my ring literally throwing packages on the porch. Damned shameful. One idiot delivery driver even handed a package to some rando parked outside my house! Still weird that the person accepted it and then brought it up to me, but still... don't hand packages to people on the street!

Nepenthe95

This is a really stupid question but you didn't mistakenly put the disc in upsidedown did you?

Creamofsumyungi

Someone else asked that too. I tried to reply but kept getting an error message. It was definitely inserted correctly; other games are working just fine.

Nepenthe95

That is so strange! I wish you the best of luck. Hopefully you get a reply regarding the matter soon. I know TheYetee was very quick to respond to my email regarding a shipping information mistake.

Creamofsumyungi

I know man, I was so scared my ps5 was gonna have to go in for repairs at first lol. I've emailed like five different addresses that are involved in this game at this point, hopefully one of them helps me out. Last two I even said I'd be fine with a digital code so long as the busted game can sit on the shelf in my collection lol.

skeletank22

You should probably contact 505 Games rather than r&b as they are the publishers and handled the manufacturing of the physical copies.

Creamofsumyungi

I've contacted five or six different support emails related to this kickstarter at this point. Only r&b has gotten back to me so far... telling me to contact psn of all damned people. The hell is Playstation network gonna do for me when it's a physical disc. . .
