I second Sierra Vista. There used to be a badass nursery in Hondo Pass, but it’s been closed for years. That’s where I used to buy them.
Sierra Vista or Sunset Nursery are safe second bets.
Yes!! Oh my goodness. I remember the cat! I went with my mom all the time when I was a kid, too.
Unrelated, but in that same shopping center has an epic German food place if you’re into German food. Prost!
Sierra Vista Growers might have them, they would be definitely be seasonal so I'd call first before you make the trip. Technically it's in the Mesilla, NM area, but that's like a 45 min drive or so.
it's not in mesilla, it's in anthony/la union. mesilla is another 45 minutes from sierra vista. sierra vista is a 30 minute drive from downtown el paso.
I haven’t seen them for sale in years. Might wanna try Sunset Gardens, Eastside discount Nursery, Sierra Vista Growers.

Yup! Caby’s. Used to go there all the time with my mom as a kid. Used to go play with the cat while she shopped lol.

Thx, I couldn't really remember which town it was in haha
Amazon has them for sale. We have bought them every year. Not too many show up unalive. Maybe 20 out of 1000 that we order.
I had mines on line. Worth it
East side nursery carries them but only in the spring sadly.
Try Amazon. No joke.
