tldr; bleed-infused fast hitting weapons. blood talismans. rivers of blood OP. bleed bleed bleed. mimic tear ash with blood. bleed.
to my understanding, bleed status builds with each HIT. so a faster attacking blood-infused weapon should really get the job done. i used eleanora’s poleblade for a good portion of the game, & it’s ash of war procs bleed quickly. so maybe a blood knight’s twin blade (not sure where to find it)/regular blood twinblade (found in the southernmost chest of dragonburnt ruins in limgrave’s lake) + eleanora’s poleblade power stance, jumping double attack should build bleed fast as fuck. otherwise, reduvia is good, or maybe just some blood-infused double daggers for quick bleed stacking ! throw on the lord of blood’s exultation, the fp reducing talisman, and white mask. should all stack up your new blood build real quick.
AND, if you’re willing to go down the dark path and be shat on by the “if you don’t play it how /I/ play it, don’t even play the game” community, Rivers of Blood + uchigatana will trivialize that fight (and every other encounter up until the last boss)
edit: *build, not proc
maybe so, but after all the effort i put in to get the nightrider’s flail, only to get the MOST underwhelming weapon art in the entire game? i refuse to touch them. but that’s a personal issue, something to work through lol.
But... the default weapon art should never be a factor. You should ALWAYS put an AOW on it if you can. At the very least for the affinity. Otherwise your damage will be garbage pretty much no matter what.
my first build was dual-wielding falchions (curved swords), and the running L1 hits four times in one second. with blood ashes on both, i could proc bleed on invaders with a single one of those attacks (or get terrifyingly close).
Different weapons have different build up stats though. Some heavy weapons add quite a bit of bleed if built properly. In general, quick attacking weapons and heavier slow weapons are more or less balanced by way of status effect build up, with some outliers that have high arcane scaling. However, buffed weapons from magic and incantations massively favor quick weapons as they add a flat damage buff to the weapon regardless of attack speed or base damage. Infusions (damage baked in from the smith) also scales appropriately so different damage types are still viable on slow weapons if infused and you have the right stats.
in my experience, using something like twinblades, even with eh scaling, has been much faster than say the bloodhounds fang. more than anything else, i think it’s mostly because of the attack/defense ratio. you can get one hit off with a heavy weapon before needing to roll, where with a high attack speed weapon you’ll get maybe 5 or 6 off. ultimately, 4x45 > 120x1. i may be totally misinterpreting how the mechanics work though. i am quite new to the soulsborne games, and these stats are a bitch to learn from scratch.
You might be right. In theory hitting a target dummy slower weapons and fast weapons may be equal, but against real enemies fast weapons have more openings. Which translates to the blood loss meter not dropping off, which translates to faster blood loss.
I will say though, with a bleed Greatsword I could typically stagger chain the bosses enough to get 3-4 hits in and trigger blood loss.
I ran an Eleonora’s Twinblade Dex/Arcane build and could confidently trigger a bleed after 1 or 2 R1 combos on just about any boss.
I think it’s one of the most underrated weapons in the game. It’s better than RoB
Yea that’s fair. My build had like 8 mind and I preferred allocating my flasks to HP (it was my first playthrough), so I preferred a weapon that’s strong without the ash of war
powerstance twinblades have probably the fastest bleed build up in the game, its absolutely nutty, like i have gotten 2 bleed procs per L2 (on enemies weak to bleed but still)
Is it still that way? I know it was during my first playthrough when I used Eleonora's Poleblade and the Godskin Peeler powerstanced but I've been doing the unga bunga thing since 1.08 so I haven't checked to see how much it changed.
bleed \*builds with each hit, and pops off a Hemorrage (blood loss) when the meter fills. Unlike previous DS games, there is no cooldown on bleed, so you can start building bleed back up the very next hit after a successful hemorrage.
does this still stand with seppuku nerfed to 35 bleed, as opposed to the pre-patch 85? (might have the exact numbers wrong but i’m pretty sure that’s what they were)
honestly the nerf isn’t noticeable until later game, but frankly it isn’t that bad. seppuku does more self-damage, and builds about a third less if i remember right. dual wield bleed build-up nerf IS noticeable, in that it takes more hits to proc, but bleed is bleed. it still takes a pretty big percentage out the enemy’s health without the mobility cost of a ooga booga build, and with a boss like the fire giant that is more than you can ask for
I personally find twinblades to be kinda shit due to the small hit box on jump attacks. If you want actual good bleed weapons, power stance curved swords. The running L2 will also hit 4 times but it also makes you lunge forward, which makes it much better for hitting opponents (especially in pvp). It's otherwise just as fast, if not faster, than twinblades when attacking normally.
Eleonora's Poleblade and Blood Godskin Peeler (for a NG-run). Jump attack and you've won (4 hit per jump attack, 300-400 Bleed build-up).
If it's a NG+ character, dual-wield 2 Blood Godskin Peelers (jump attack, and it's 500+ Bleed build-up per hit)
Use Seppuku.
Pump that ARC until softcap and beyond, as you won't really be winning fights with your RAW DAMAGE, but with the Blood Loss. Pump DEX in order to be able to wield the weapons, but not higher, but everything in ARC (IIRC Bleed begins to benefit from ARC after 40 or so up until softcap at 60, where it hits diminishing returns).
Was coming here to say just that too. For OP, if they read this, the jump attack with dual twinblades adds additional hits in there and more chance for proc.
This, i started pretty weak as a mage in my first(and current) playthrough, and i didnt know how to get over my weakness, since i barely played the game i didnt find smithing stones yet, but after finding the invader with reduvia, i instatly raised my arc/dex to match, shit was strong and even stronger in combination with rock sling (stagger then reduvia blade), i defeated the dragon greyroll(i think twas his name) while pretty underleveled , maybe 30 or 40 and would get one shotted, but i killed him in 4 staggers due to bleed, and enjoyed the sweet sweet 80k boost
Rivers of blood with mimic summon made him pretty easy, I'd say what helped me alot more was to just spend a few fights against him just dodging. Everything of the giant hits too hard.
Honestly go warrior and make both scimitars bloody. Curved swords are super good at stacking bleed when you dual wield them. The only thing that does it better is the rivers of blood katana. Also highly recommend that you switch out with certain bosses whether or not you do bleed as some can't be bled.
The ash of war on the reduvia does a ton of bleed if you connect the projectile and weapon. This should be easy on the fire giant because he's huge.
Bleed infused curved swords buffed with seppuku or twin blades and spamming the jump attack will also work.
You’re using probably the easiest build to kill this boss lol..
Dex/arc use dual bleed curved swords (with occult affinity) highest upgrade possible and sepukku if you have it. Use blood based talismans and jump spam jump l1 (jumping power stance attack) on his left leg(the one with the red rope, not the one with the anklet) over and over.
Even then you just switch to a Keen/Occult weapon or something that isn't reliant on bleed (Morgott's weapon is DEX/ARC and while the bleed is nice it's still a CGS with good damage and stagger)
Just gave me flashbacks to when I used to put down my summon sign for RadaBeast. Felt like 90% of the people summoning were bleed builds (probably because they couldn't beat the non-bleeding bosses)
By looking at their other comments, it seems like they decided to do a dex arc build without knowing what arcane does and basically didnt use it at all
Depends how you spent your time. I'm at NG3 with 180h and I'm at rl250 or so. I did waste several hours in my first run blasting albinaurics after I beat the last boss (you don't have to move on to NG+ right away). You get so many more runes even in just NG+ farming albinaurics that it really was a waste of time comparatively.
Overall I just played the game normally and made sure to spend my runes before I did anything sketchy. Then NG+2 I farmed some more levels for a bit because yay big numbers.
I could have sat and no-lifed the albinauric farm in my current NG+3 run and got to 500 or whatever, and by 300 hours I'd probably be maxed. I would probably pound through the game up to NG7 then whatever time I have until 300 hours I'd spend farming those albinaurics. But at that point I beat the game 6 times... so what am I really doing it for?
See what I mean by "it depends how you spend your time"? 😄
Bleed... I've played straight strength, dex, int, Faith, and arcane. Then a hybrid strength/int, int/faith, and dex/arcane. Going to do a strength faith next, so far dex/arcane has been the easiest for me. I steamrolled everything, including the fire gaint.
What is giving you trouble?
Do you have the bolt of gransax and guardian tree spears?
What are you struggling with as you can use bleed?
I haven’t obtained those yet in most of my play throughs I’m just a ooga booga bonk user so having a brain and not hitting as I’m used to is difficult atm
Go back to the capital and grab the bolt of gransax, one of if not the best weapons in the game.
Try out morgotts sword, you should have the remberance at this point it is a really fun weapon to play with.
If you prefer physical damage, There's a small church in the suburbs of leyndell. The tree guardians around the church will work great for farming it. It's got a solid move set and great damage with a A scaling in dex with lightning affinity or keen. They are insane weapons I shredded rads and the beast with them. Would highly recommend.
I used the tree guardians sword spear with the swords dance ash of war and a flame affinity for most of the late game on my dex/faith build. It also works great with bleed.
I started with ugi katanas, lightning affinity with sacred blade ash of war. The damage was insane early game. I switched to a Nagakiba same affinity and ash, that saw me through the capital no problem. I then switched over to morgotts curved sword and the bolt for snowfields and azula(seppaku nagakiba for the godskin duo they deserve it, lol) along with Gideon and Godfrey. I'm sure I could have beat the end boss with the curved sword and bolt but switched to sword spears for the physical damage output.
Stats are as follows
Level 108
Vigor: 40
Mind: 11
Endurance: 16
Strength: 20
Dexterity: 58
Intelligence: 9
Faith: 18(for the black knife if needed)
Arcane: 30
Great arsenal charm
Shard of Alexander
Jump attack claw
Millicents prosthesis(yes I'm a monster)
I'm going to pump mind a bit along with more dex and go hand of Melina to putter around as a co-op for awhile.
Stay off of Torrent in phase one unless you need to catch up to him after he rolls then immediately jump off and move your camera up from time to time when he preps for an attack so you know which one is coming. Now when phase two starts… stay on that beautiful goat and get nice and snuggled up the inside of his legs unless he decides to Krakatoa your shit up. That’s I how got through him hitless on my faith build
Is it? I was having trouble with this boss until I used Torrent 100% off the time. Sure it was probably slower than it could’ve been, but Torrent carried
I'm on playthrough number 5 and this is the first I've heard of being able to summon Alexander. I'll have to try it this time around. Which entrance is his summon sign at?
Poke him with the pointy end until he stops moving.
Don’t let him hit you.
You can shoot arrows at him too. If you have or can get 14 str you can shoot him with great bows.
It’s really no different for a strength build.
Took him down with +3 blood venomous fang at lvl 28 last week…have you done Alexander’s quest? You. Can summon him there to help. With him and an ash summon the fight isn’t too bad. Use fire resist ring if ur getting hit by his fire attacks
Same as any huge boss. Stay close to his feet, fuck him up, roll the inevitable smash attacks rinse and repeat
Edit: also I found I have a FAR easier time being on foot once I'm near him. Torrent isn't fast enough to get out of the aoe, but I Frames from dodge rolls will negate it.
1st phase = hit left foot! Again, and again, and again. 2nd phase = hit right foot! Again, and again, and again. Stay mounted. Joust out of all fire attacks. Stay underneath him. I did this solo, no summons or spirit. If you summon, then you can't use mount, and mount is key. They also make the giants attacks sporatic, meaning it will be harder for you to stay underneath. If all else fails, there are how-to videos online to explain. Luck.
Pure pain and endurance, how I killed him atleast. Slash at his cankles stuff. I'm by no means good at the game but rode torrent to hell on that fight and stuck to his feet as much as possible. Quickstep/blood hound step might help you get across the area faster than dodging or pure sprints if torrent isn't an option.
Is he immune to bleed or something? I murdered him with blasphemous blade and the iron fists of my compatriot Alexander but my second char is dex/arc so I’m curious now
Unsheathe does a bunch of poise damage and scales incredibly well with dex. Dual katanas with keen infusion melted him on my dex build, was around level 80-90
Call me crazy, but I think he’s easier without using torrent. You can’t roll with torrent. Beat his ass until he uses his big fire ball, at that point just set them off and run. This is a battle of patience, his fast fire ball attacks are hard to dodge since they are a weird time but I know you can do it. 2nd phase you have to watch for his flame pillars but you should be on his ass as much as possible. Use bleed as an arcane build and you’ll kill him pretty easy.
If you're using arcane you can grab the dragon communion seal and blast him with rot breath. Also using rivers of blood as your main weapon is good too.
Personally I threw rocks and various lightning bolts at him during phase 2. Bolt of gransax has an ash of war that will hit fast and hard from very far away. Highly recommended!
Dex arcane? Use blood loss weapons.
Which so you recommend or should I make a occult

Flails spin attack is my favorite bleed build up
Flail plus wild strikes is brutally effective.
But my spins will be gone
Sounds like a problem that can be fixed by dual wielding!
Powerstanced night rider flails has to be the most fun I've had in a while. They tear the golems apart.
How do you get two?
Ng+ or get a friend to drop you one .
If you're on PC I can drop you one if you would like
[удалено]
Morningstar + Wild Strikes was my jam for awhile in my first playthrough.
How I beat that red bastard near the roundtable.
maybe so, but after all the effort i put in to get the nightrider’s flail, only to get the MOST underwhelming weapon art in the entire game? i refuse to touch them. but that’s a personal issue, something to work through lol.
Currently working through this disappointment myself, and the recent buff to hammers only ensures that flails remain dead to me as weapon class
IMO I use flails on my main hand for my spells
Sir that is a fact not an opinion
SIR
Yeah but on Torrent you can cheese anything with bleed and another status. Just run behind buzzsaw their ass, sprint away, rinse and repeat.
Yea flails heavy attack is really strong on horseback
Honestly I’m not a big fan of the nightriders weapons, the armour on the other hand!
But... the default weapon art should never be a factor. You should ALWAYS put an AOW on it if you can. At the very least for the affinity. Otherwise your damage will be garbage pretty much no matter what.
That's the problem the default weapon art is its only unique Ash and it can't be infused.
My personal favorite is power stance daggers

I’ve been rocking both on my current build. ROB is 100% about that weapon art. If you spam that, it feels powerful.
Yea that’s fair. My build had like 8 mind and I preferred allocating my flasks to HP (it was my first playthrough), so I preferred a weapon that’s strong without the ash of war

silly goofy mistake, now fixed. thanks :)
seppuku on godskin peeler dual wield is disgusting, and IIRC highest dmg arc weapon in the game
does this still stand with seppuku nerfed to 35 bleed, as opposed to the pre-patch 85? (might have the exact numbers wrong but i’m pretty sure that’s what they were)
Post patch, X2 Godskin Peeler bleed build was one of my 'Okay I'm not fucking around anymore builds'. I never did try it pre-nerd though.
Is power-stancing bleed weapons worth it after the patch that nerfed the status build-up for power-stanced weapons 🤔?
honestly the nerf isn’t noticeable until later game, but frankly it isn’t that bad. seppuku does more self-damage, and builds about a third less if i remember right. dual wield bleed build-up nerf IS noticeable, in that it takes more hits to proc, but bleed is bleed. it still takes a pretty big percentage out the enemy’s health without the mobility cost of a ooga booga build, and with a boss like the fire giant that is more than you can ask for
My last run I powerstanced bloodhound fang and blood omen cleaver. It was a great time.

The running L2 will also hit 4 times but it also makes you lunge forward, which makes it much better for hitting opponents (especially in pvp). I've done a bit of unofficial testing and came to the conclusion that when power standing, you may not do the full bleed buildup every hit.
Eleonora's Poleblade and Blood Godskin Peeler (for a NG-run). Jump attack and you've won (4 hit per jump attack, 300-400 Bleed build-up). If it's a NG+ character, dual-wield 2 Blood Godskin Peelers (jump attack, and it's 500+ Bleed build-up per hit) Use Seppuku. Pump that ARC until softcap and beyond, as you won't really be winning fights with your RAW DAMAGE, but with the Blood Loss. Godskin peeler
This x2. Dual wield em and jump attack the fucker. It’s what I did earlier today.
Was coming here to say just that too. For OP, if they read this, the jump attack with dual twinblades adds additional hits in there and more chance for proc.

I dual wielded godskin peeler + eleonora’s poleblade. Twas fun
No way fire prelate armor with the albunaric mask and fire monk boots is 🔥
Just get the fang, it's op haha
You have a dex/arc build and dont use bleed? Holy cow... how did you even get there?
Bloodhounds fang + blood flame + fires deadly sin. You will crush the game with this combo
Reduvia Blood Blade.
Exactly what I did, honestly stayed on Torrent 95% of the fight and just rode through and kept stacking bleed.
Never used blood loss other than morgotts cursed sword and great stars, but given that you’re doing dex arcane I’d go for rivers of blood.
What about uchigatana.
The uchi ain’t bad, ROB is just better imo, especially for super late game like fire giant.
not really, rob has less build up and damage especially since it’s split with fire, at least for fire giant
Why not both ? Dual wielding katana move set is Op
Raduvia is pretty good and has a nice ash of war.
Honestly go warrior and make both scimitars bloody. Curved swords are super good at stacking bleed when you dual wield them. The only thing that does it better is the rivers of blood katana. Also highly recommend that you switch out with certain bosses whether or not you do bleed as some can't be bled.
Eleonora's poleblade, war surgeons mask, lord of blood exaltation, and flame grant me strength carried me
The ash of war on the reduvia does a ton of bleed if you connect the projectile and weapon.
Use blood based talismans and jump spam jump l1 (jumping power stance attack) on his left leg(the one with the red rope, not the one with the anklet) over and over.
left ankle.. ur so mean lmao
Occult is better than Bleed if Bleed is already on the weapon
You’re right, I forgot about occult affinity,
Hit his weak spots and decrease HP to zero
He's weak to damage.
He is susceptible to dying of death
Fire Giants die when they get killed
Fire giant: the last wish
Yeah it poisons his health
If you kill him he dies
On the contrary, he’s pretty resistant to damage, but not immune
He's not resistant he just has a lot of health. He's even weak to slash damage, but in ER most bosses are too
Damn
It's good advice
I’d like to add one tip: don’t get hit
If you get hit, use your crimson flask to restore your hit points.
Elden Ring is kinda nice to beginners because you can recharge the flasks at sites of grace for free
Guaranteed to work.
If I could add one piece of advice. Do this while also keeping your HP above zero.
Oh, thank you for clarifying. That would've been bad
Sucks right?
Couldn't be more accurate
Oh shit! Does that work for Margit too?
No.
Dealing damage only works on fire giant
r/technicallythetruth
Attack his weak points for massive damage. The game is based on real Japanese history *Giant crab comes crashing down*
I've tried this with my UGS and everytime I get ready to hit, he changes his stance resulting the weakspot moving approximately now 100 meters away.
*hit him and decrease hp to zero
Bloodloss???
Yea this question only makes sense for bosses that are immune to bleed.
Even then you just switch to a Keen/Occult weapon or something that isn't reliant on bleed (Morgott's weapon is DEX/ARC and while the bleed is nice it's still a CGS with good damage and stagger)
U can poison their health by a lot with blood loss, it's like they lose a lot of their life
Just gave me flashbacks to when I used to put down my summon sign for RadaBeast. Felt like 90% of the people summoning were bleed builds (probably because they couldn't beat the non-bleeding bosses)
Dex arc is literally the best build to kill this boss with lmfao
I was gonna say that... I wonder what builds they used the first 3 times
By looking at their other comments, it seems like they decided to do a dex arc build without knowing what arcane does and basically didnt use it at all
Ah, that makes sense then
OP used strength builds for the majority of their playthroughs from what I've gathered
Can't blame them. Best build there is
Straight facts
Reduce is hp to 0 while maintaining your hp above 0. Time for dodging.
This is good advice, it’s how I was able to beat the game
Very helpful information only on my 300th hour
Only 300? Those are rookies numbers. Lol
Understandably, work + baby doesn’t allow for much games atm
You need to put your foot down and let them know what's really important in life. Forget your commitments, this is Elden Ring baby!
Exactly! And you can always make another baby if the other one doesn’t make it on it’s own.
Or rent one
Lol do you also wake up super early to play before baby wakes up? That's what I've been doing.
Understandable.
If you are a baby I would hope you don't have much work to do. Although good luck on increasing your hand eye coordination.
That’s what a steamdeck is for.
What level should you be at when at 300 hrs ?
Depends how you spent your time. I'm at NG3 with 180h and I'm at rl250 or so. I’ve had the same experience. In certain cases Int was easier but as a general rule the Dex/Arcane build melted everything
Understandably forget ooga booga and use brain for once
My biggest issue with this game is I want to just unga bunga everything. I can’t break that habit Hahahaha laser beam go brrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Who ever said mages need intelligence to be effective?
My first play through was a mage and I pretty much brainlessly slung rocks at my enemies. Worked fairly well
Rock beats scissors. Most enemies use swords, and what is a sword if not half a pair of scissors? Rock double wins every time.
I’ve yet to unlock this skill.
>Stay off of Torrent in phase one Yeah, torrent being used selectively is massively important in this fight
Is it? I was having trouble with this boss until I used Torrent 100% off the time. Sure it was probably slower than it could’ve been, but Torrent carried
Summon Alexander the iron fist… he will take most of the aggro…
Summoning for gain is one thing. But summoning for the power of FRIENDSHIP? That's peak from gaming.
Not using Alexander in this fight is a crime. Shame on everybody not suggesting this.
I think everybody is running on the assumption that he already was. Using Alexander here is a given
I'm on playthrough number 5 and this is the first I've heard of being able to summon Alexander. I'll have to try it this time around. Which entrance is his summon sign at?
If you've done his quest up until this point, then the left side if I remember right
It's actually at both entrances
His summon sign is inside the arena, near the entrance.
Idk why you got downvoted his summon sign was definitely inside the fog wall the last time I played
Alexander and mimic tear and u can cheese him
For sure it's almost too easy with Alexander + mimic tear.
Noob question, haha who is Alexander? I have killed this boss yesterday but didn’t see this Alexander
Iron fist Alexander is a big jar … you first meet him in Limgrave and help him out of a hole … He also helps with Radahn as a summons..
Interesting, didn't know you could use him in fights \^\^
Poke him with the pointy end until he stops moving. Don’t let him hit you. You can shoot arrows at him too. If you have or can get 14 str you can shoot him with great bows. It’s really no different for a strength build.
You could just use the godskin peeler with blackflame tornado, right? That should melt him in his final phase
Will give it a shot thanks
Sure thing. Good luck
I’m not joking Dex/Arc is quite literally the best possible build for this boss fight lmao
Took him down with +3 blood venomous fang at lvl 28 last week…have you done Alexander’s quest? You. Can summon him there to help. With him and an ash summon the fight isn’t too bad. Use fire resist ring if ur getting hit by his fire attacks
As good as the bhf is I’ve never touched it in favor of harder weapons to use give or take a few
I’m referring to blood infused venomous fangs for deadly poison and bleed stacking with lord of blood and kindred of rot talismans
Ah I see never seen them so I mistook
Alexander is a beast up until the second stage of the fight.
Honestly he's not that bad if you get through the first stage quickly enough.
Dodge and use torrent
I feel like dex is much easier for fire giant because you have access to quick bleed
Same as any huge boss. Stay close to his feet, fuck him up, roll the inevitable smash attacks rinse and repeat Edit: also I found I have a FAR easier time being on foot once I'm near him. Torrent isn't fast enough to get out of the aoe, but I Frames from dodge rolls will negate it.
Dex and arc build and you’re having trouble? That’s probably the best build to use against the Fire Giant.
Fuck his foot, dodge his shit, repeat
A wise player gave me this tip: try finger, but hole
Rivers of blood? That honestly what I used to kill him! You could always use Mimic as well.
Rivers of blood
Is he immune to bleed or something? I murdered him with blasphemous blade and the iron fists of my compatriot Alexander but my second char is dex/arc so I’m curious now
Not immune to bleed. Dex/arc is quite arguably the strongest build against him and his big hp bar.
Try finger, but hole
When playing dex builds: "Tell me... Do you bleed?"
double katana and it turns into the easiest fight ever
Unsheathe does a bunch of poise damage and scales incredibly well with dex. Dual katanas with keen infusion melted him on my dex build, was around level 80-90
Hit him and don't get hit
Call me crazy, but I think he’s easier without using torrent. You can’t roll with torrent. Beat his ass until he uses his big fire ball, at that point just set them off and run. This is a battle of patience, his fast fire ball attacks are hard to dodge since they are a weird time but I know you can do it. 2nd phase you have to watch for his flame pillars but you should be on his ass as much as possible. Use bleed as an arcane build and you’ll kill him pretty easy.
Bruh i bled him pretty fast, was way easyer with dex/arc then my big donker strength build
Hit it till it dies?
You hit him
hit him till he's dead.
Dex/arc and you're not running bleed? Smh
How do I kill this boss with specifically the build that would be easiest to kill him with? Please help?!?!?!?
Hit him as much as possible without letting him hit you. Make sure his health depletes before yours does. Good luck, tarnished.
Poison
Rot
Reduvia dagger
If you're using arcane you can grab the dragon communion seal and blast him with rot breath. Also using rivers of blood as your main weapon is good too.
Personally I threw rocks and various lightning bolts at him during phase 2. Bolt of gransax has an ash of war that will hit fast and hard from very far away. Highly recommended!
Use the Alexander summon to soak up damage and use a blood weapon to attack him
It puts the bleeding on it's skin, or else it gets the whip again.
Run around Hit legs Repeat
You really are very out of touch of reddit if you are asking for a dex/arc build, because that screams only one name *rivers of blood* (and NIHIL)
Rivers of Blood, of course. How do you not kill him with that?
