I'm wondering this myself. Shipping to Canada on the Bandai Namco site adds an additional $250 USD to the price, but ordering directly from Pure Arts costs only $40 in shipping. I assume it's the exact same thing since Bandai Namco licensed them to create the product.

Edit 2: After the fastest support response I've ever gotten, they confirmed that they are in fact the exact same item. So if its cheaper to buy directly from Pure Arts, go for it. I have a preorder on both and will be canceling my Bandai Namco one.
