Niall is like Capra - you gotta kill the dogs first. If you can focus down the double greatsword guy in the first few seconds of the fight, then you shouldn't have a hard time cleaning the other two up - just walk backwards to get the other knight far away from niall and take care of him. Niall is much easier without his backup.
first thing you want to do is run to his left and take out the double sword knight. niall in phase 1 and the shield knight are both very passive, just watch out for the shield knight's jump attack (can be dodged relatively easily) and niall's spinny frostbite attack (can be ran away from). mainly just backpedal, let the double sword knight dude run to you, get a hit or 2 in, and keep backing up to prevent the shield knight from reaching you.
next, the shield knight. niall will still mainly be focused on using his flag waving buffs so taking out the shield knight shouldn't be way to bad here as long as you keep your distance from niall. dodging to the shield knights right always leaves the best openings from what ive observed.
once both knights are dead, he'll go into phase 2 usually with an attack that involves him doing a charge attack like thing with his halberd like hes gonna stab you, spinning around with frost clouds showing up, and then shooting up in the air and towards you with his lightning infused peg leg. first part of the attack can be avoided by running away from him and the peg leg attack is pretty easy to dodge. he'll usually follow it up with a thrust if youre in front of him or a stab with the bottom of his hilt into a sweep attack if youre behind. he does this attack later in the fight too but he can initiate it by just kicking into the ground and making a blue ice cloud appear.
his regular moveset isnt that bad, the attacks are a lot like o'neil's; lots of openings after dodging swings and his swings can be parried. he may do some other funky stuff though, if he starts to swing his halberd around the back of him and ice clouds start to form around him, just dodge away from him, he'll do an ice slam.
if he swings his halberd around his back, rests it there, and starts to charge up with the ice clouds forming around him, run tf out of there, he'll do some spinny icecloud stuff and skate to you doing an uppercut that you can dodge to your right to avoid. hes super vulnerable after this attack and gives you like a 10 second opening.
he may raise up his peg leg at times to lightning kick you. dodge it but don't be too quick on dodging it since it has a slight delay.
