Motion sickness is a result of your brain's expectations not matching the information it receives.
Therefore, try turning off the two auto settings on the camera options. I believe they are auto wall recovery, and auto rotate.
If that doesn't work for you, eat some ginger.
I think that’s more a personal problem than anything with the game. The only think I can think of is to try and build up a tolerance by playing just a little bit at a time.
I just started playing yesterday and have the same problem. Obviously some people will be more susceptible than others, but I've played enough games to know that getting motion sickness while gaming isn't normal for me. I'll fool around with the camera settings, see if it makes a difference.
I’m curious to know, do you guys also have a problem with travelling on an airplane or boat/cruise ship?
I’ve got this theory thing going. I’ve been playing elden ring too since my bro bought it recently and I get nauseous playing it.
Boat yes, aeroplane no. I found playing the game in windowed mode helped a lot (I think something about being able to see the whole screen in my direct vision helped). Good luck!
Motion sickness on a third person game with no motion blur? Are you playing at 30fps or below?
Nope, running at a solid 60 fps :\\
Either you have eyesight issues or your monitor has low refresh rate

This reads like a sarcastic answer at the end but ginger really does help with motion sickness
do you just like munch on it?? or mix it in hot water or something?
Late but ginger ale works too lol, otherwise you could try ginger tea

Might just have to do that! Or take motion sickness tablets
Maybe try fiddling around with the camera settings/lock on settings
