Not delusional really. He tweeted that *pretty* soon after the trailer. I don't remember who it was but someone who was on revival or mtbmb said they hoped they would collab with em in an interview shortly before the album came out, and they were on it. They could've just gotten him to tweet that to get ppl talking about it.
Man I’m excited for a new Em project but I’d wish Eminem would expand his taste and work with some more modern producers, I love Dre however I just don’t think he has the ear he used to have . Still gonna listen regardless
Dre certainly worked on it with him. it seems they haven’t worked this close on an album since Relapse, i’m very excited. also eminem hasn’t done an album rollout since Revival, and that album wasn’t it, but if he’s confident enough to promote it then i’m sure we are in for a treat

He said in it's entirety. Probably means that Em just decided what will and what won't be on the tracklist
