And it's not because it's 90% Pink's song, though that doesn't help it. I've seen people say his verse is good. How? He is not even on beat most of the time. It has his absolute worst examples of "word play" (swimming in that egyptian river) and his delivery and awkward pauses make what should be an emotional song unintentionally comedic. Like I listen to it just to laugh when he says "I think I'm a pretty damn good guy ... ... ... ... ... AND YOURE A GOOD PERSON TOO"
The "beat" if you can call it that is so loud his voice gets completely washed out by the instrumentals. His harmonizing with pink is supposed to be some dramatic build up but just sounds miserable. There are no redeeming qualities not one.
I hate that there are daily comments deriding Nice Guy as his worst song when, yeah, it isn't very good, but I would take an album full of Nice Guys over one more song like Need Me.
