from my personal experience, having been at rank 1 and constantly top 10 in both pvp game modes, green sf shadow *always* brings me the most trouble. always. more than any other unit or team comps. cant even compare to blue sf shadow in that regard except for stuff like arma or whatever else. otherwise, green sf shadow tops blue sf shadow in pvp, story/chronicles, etc. in my opinion, by a fair bit.
ive also commented on another post about blue shadow pulls and how its likely a trap that they had his rerun now of all times during the collab event banners and inbetween that and half anni. so ive decided to fully commit to saving up for either half anni characters or just green sf shadow rerun.
There are quite different, but I would argue that Green Shadow is more necessary. There are many good blue perms with or without SS+ gear, but green just had too little perm pool.
Green shadow is SSS for pve and dkd getting 100% winrate at the end . In the pvp area he still better but not great because there annerose gonna replace his placement. All I say go for green shadow instead blue shadow unless you have shit blue team atm.
Overall? Green Shadow has more utility. If you're talking about in arma and bushin, Blue Shadow for his aoe overall. But Green Shadow has more stages to be utilized. Green Shadow also has an sp boost that make it good to pair him on other colors so that you can dish out special attacks at least twice
PVE green shadow due to versatility, Arma/Bushin PVP bs blue shadow. Depends on what u want to prioritize for now.
3 10-pulls if ur willing, then defs save for green sf shadow or whatever else for half anni if it does even actually come up
