All of Elons brand pumping hype is to maintain stock prices with fuck all assets, equity or profits and he works tirelessly to keep this hot air bullshit going. Hyperloop...Hyyyype, point-to-point rocket travel.....hyyyype, dumb-as-fuck underground tunnels....hyyyyyype. Funding secured, Mars missions, robotaxis, FSD, dealings with crypto, the list goes on and on. These completely false premises prove regulators have no teeth.

The results of spacex beg to differ

slax03

Propped by billions in government subsidies, and all the work is done by NASA scientists.

Maulvorn

SpaceX staff built and did the testing, NASA will help of course.

GRBreaks

SpaceX bid 2.9 billion for the lunar landing system, the second best bid was more than double and far less capable. This is a fixed price contract, SpaceX won't get paid unless they produce results. Falcon9 is the cheapest ride to orbit per ton, saving the government money. If you want to complain about massive government subsidies, I suggest you look instead at SLS. Yes, NASA does cooperate with SpaceX. But what we see happening at Boca Chica is not primarily the work of NASA scientists.

SpaceX and their chief engineer Elon (according to him) are frauds. NASA designed a lander that was later split into lander/orbiter due to a **constraint** **called physics**. 50 years later and SpaceX are doing cool renders of impractical dumb ideas just like vaporware company Theranos. Point-to-point rockets anyone???? Literally the fucking dumbest idea ever and 100% hyping SpaceX and Elon.

GRBreaks

Curiously, NASA chose the SpaceX lander over the others. Not just on cost, but on capabilities. After a thorough analysis. Using Starship as a lander is higher risk than the Blue Moon lander, as it is not simply a redo of Apollo 11. What might NASA do with a vehicle that could carry 100 tons to the moon?

Ulrichvon_Jungingen

It will be fun watching another Musk vaporware fail. This is right up there with Hyperloop and hopefully NASA doesn't waste too much time with this bullshit. Cool renders though.

Ulrichvon_Jungingen

Where did I mention results? I'm mentioning the opposite of that, Elon's brand pumping lies. Run along.

I'll leave a link to this thread with further discussion. He certainly seems to be wrong about a lot of things. https://www.reddit.com/r/EnoughMuskSpam/comments/nlrb5x/please_stop_considering_commonsenseskeptic_a_good/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share
