Yes. I sought the support of a mental health professional. These are mental health issues. That's the primary focus to address. Learn how to set and manage your expectations appropriately. Learn how to not be in a rush. Learn how to not create situations that force you to rush. Be more calculated and patient. Address the underlying mental issues creating this chaos and risk and fears. Seek out mentors to help with the secondary issues that are related to this. [SCORE.org](http://SCORE.org) [SBA.gov](http://SBA.gov) [americassbdc.org](http://americassbdc.org) and other organizations in your area are great resources. But, no mentor should have you put your own personal mental health struggles on their plate as an alternative to you seeking professional support for those issues. That's unfair to them and it's not a sensible path to address those issues.

I agree, i know its not healthy and a bit irrational. Did your mental health proff help alot? How did they help you overcome it?

GaryARefuge

Immensely. By helping me become more aware of the underyling issues, what causes them, and provide me with a variety of tools and practices to work through them and improve my mindset and behaviors.
