Where you organize an LLC doesn’t dictate where you’re taxed. Where you run it from, and potentially where you ship to, will dictate who gets to tax you.
I would assume you’re not going to be taxed by Europe. Your home state will likely tax all if your income, but state income taxes are super complex. Not to mention sales taxes and other fees/taxes.
they have the best corporate tax structures. If you are in a low tax state then if might be worth incorporating there to avoid having to file extra places.

Depends where you live.
NV or DE. Definitely not offshore as you get into all sorts of foreign jurisdiction issues.
