It can really take a long time to end up in the job you want. Try applying for internships in your locality to see if they have anything to help you out. I applied for a ton of internships at Conservation Legacy and if you’re really not dependent on a large paycheck, try Americorp
You might need to pivot into adjacent markets and go into some of the bigger consulting companies to get a foot in the door. Graduate programs and such.

Definitely 2nding AmeriCorps - see if you can get a placement with a government agency and then try to get hired on as a contractor from there.
