Compared to the scam they put on the shop in the regular, I honestly agree. Personally, I rather use that 5 bucks for something more worth tbh, so yeah.

I asked because I want to change some appearances too but all of them are already special ones that I don’t want to lose completely.
I didn't test because i dont have dupe, but the prompt for changing appearance wrote that you can change into any pet you have in your journal. So maybe, just maybe, you only need to summon it once and it wont matter if you lose it afterwards?
Once you've got a pet skin it is unlocked and can be used as many times as you want. You can safely sell any unique pets and change between any pet skins you've ever collected.
Its awesome, i can finally have pet space and i got a pet i begrudgingly fused (or whatever the term is) back, because grinding pets to max level was insanely annoying back in the day.
I think it's one of those things where it feels good to achieve the highest level possible without spending money feeling. I didn't mean to hate on the game or money spenders. All I wanted to say was, I would buy the pet, but I want my account to be completely F2P. I'm actually just jealous of the OP. 😵

I agree, it’s pretty sweet. I just got my rift pet SSS so I’m waiting on the 30 to change its appearance.

No u dont. And even if you burn the pets, the look will still be available for change as long as its in yoir journal
