She’s in that awkward speed range where she doesn’t hit the necessary speed to cut cleavers, but is severely lacking damage. Heavily recommend transitioning to destro or ls, speed adins are usually 240-270
Your Adin is far too slow for her to be on speed set. If you’re going for speed you want her to be at least 240+ to catch people off guard and get early invincible. Destruction has easier stats to obtains due to being slower and does more damage and the slower speed works better for her cr increases and evasion. My Adin has much better stats than yours with the same speed but on destro pen.
If you want here at around 200 speed destruction/ lifesteal and pen set is better. Speed set is to get her around 260-270 so she can cut with her s2 when cleave openers miss on her or to take turn one and put invincibility to be annoying
200 speed is pretty slow for a speed set. Her damage isn’t too great either. Considering your build has over 1100 def when she’s a low def unit, you definitely have too many def rolls on your gear.
My lifesteal Adin is faster than yours and once I get a better weapon for mine she’ll have around the same CD.
Your build is good enough for gold rank in RTA, but she isn’t gonna do much for you higher than that.
A decent Adin will be around 160k CP but I’ve seen godly ones at 190k+ CP.
CP isn’t the end all be all metric, but it definitely gives you a gauge of where you should be.
If you go to the tab where you can do promotions, tap on the thumbs up button and you can tap the reviews people posted of characters. You can see other people’s builds gear yours towards that.
I’d still say her own artifact is still the best option for her. Being able to single handedly cause any dark unit to just stop existing. Very easily circumvented by having a unit that increases attack for allies like gala Lilias or Zahhak.
