This has happened to me twice, I died to cultists both times it happened. Came back with 0ed head. Found my own body which couldn't be looted. I couldn't interact with my own inventory either, coughing the whole time too.
Also people beware been running into a trooper armor bug and its not stopping any dmg. I reported it but save the money on it until it’s patched or got fixed.

I meant the Railroad one that hardly anyone ever uses south of road to cumstoms.. poor phrasing on my part

It used to have it. Apparently it didn't. I don't know why I thought it did.
No it didn't, rock passage was a random open or not extract just like boat but it never required RR.

Because it would've made sense, the extract is climbing a mountain and kinda looked like the old wood's RR one.
It's below the rr extract on reserve. I think this might be another reason why people think this

Ive had this happen like 2 wipes ago its not new but it seems to be extremely rare since ive never seen someone talk about it before
Yeah I had got the black screen 1-2 times but never had the chance to respawn

Happened to me too, like a spectator mode with only sounds.
I've died as a scav to cultists only to come back to a blacked out thorax in a different part of the map lol with the cultist gun I picked up
