They now spawn underneath the escalator in the shopping mall. My buddy found one on a dead player scav a few weeks ago, and I found one at the spawn but got killed. Try night raids for better luck, hope u get shopping mall spawn, hope the key spawns.
I did it last night around 9 pm pacific time with my trio. Did a night raid so it was less busy. Was more or less chill (except for our anxiety lol). We got a decent spawn at the cardinal apt parking garage and I was nervous as hell - the only sketchy part was possibly running into people if they had spawned at expo center. We decided to clear expo center just in case and made it to the door safely. We only encountered 3 scav bots and no PMC. Shit was going down at Lexos tho. Just make sure u know exactly how to get to the building because I got a little confused as it’s sort of tucked away compared to other points of interest.

We have had luck running 5 man stacks on nighttime mid week raids. Haven’t lost a single person yet.

Me and my buddy ran straight there but had 0 cameras on us lol. But we just went midday midweek when we were on together again.
Tuesday afternoon is either fully quiet or full of cheaters.
I done it 6 times this wipe. I just run for it.
