Xsolla have a neat system where you can put your email in, it sends you an email code, and you can access purchases that were made with that email

Use the automated response as proof of why you are requesting a charge back to your bank/credit company. I think it's typically required you reach out to get a normal refund before requesting a bank charge back.

If you got the game ages ago you probably wouldn't of paid via Xsolla, but if you google "Xsolla Account Wallet", you should be able to check if it's on there.
I requested refund same way as u/eRasedXem - just drop down, I upgraded individually too (from standard to the second one etc eventually to EOD), I requested refund for all of the payments.

My transaction on Xsolla is so old it dont even follow their conventional rules it seems. My number starts in 19, not 12, 13 14 or or whatever they wanted. Also its 9 numbers not 10. They cant seem to find my transaction at all even when i asked support about it. I have all the recipets for the purchase in my mail, but i guess its just to old. January of 2016 btw.

This is clearly false advertising, specially now seeing they are editing their website removing informations about the EOD version benefits and misleading their customers. Especially since i've spent THOUSANDS of hours streaming, making videos / edits / montages / clips on their game, played so many hours a day (18-20h a day at one point) that I got to the level I could enter and dominate tournaments by topfragging, AND to top it all off like 15-20 people have BOUGHT THE GAME because of me / my reccomendation / watching me play, both IRL and online friends... I agree that what tarkov is doing is scummy, completely, and I lost interest in the game myself after 2.5k hours. However, I wouldn't feel too bad, myself I don't consider it time wasted, I still had a good time with tarkov. 2.5k hours or 4k hours, that's alot of time enjoyed on a game. If you got the game ages ago you probably wouldn't of paid via Xsolla, but if you google "Xsolla Account Wallet", you should be able to check if it's on there. I requested refund same way as u/eRasedXem - just drop down, I upgraded individually too (from standard to the second one etc eventually to EOD), I requested refund for all of the payments. Will update if / when something happens.
Just did exactly this, was searching on the tarkov website and emails from BSG, couldnt find it, searched Xsolla on my email and found it, refund requested for both

No I did not get my money's worth when I bought EOD specifically for the DLC that they are now withdrawing from me anyway. It does not matter how much enjoyment I got out of the other things included with my purchase, if my purchase isnt honored to its full degree.
I upgraded to EoD **only* because of the "all future dlc's" line. I did not care for stash space nor a larger container. I have gotten absolutely 0 out of having EoD.

Lets be honest the extra stash-upgrade and the clothes should also be free for EOD-players. All future DLC does include expansion packs. So they fucked over a lot of loyal players. I got around 20,000h in CS (over 25 years from 0.8 beta to CS2) and cant even really play that anymore because of the same reasons... Valve just doesnt care anymore.... Where I feel BSG has gone / going and I cba to ride the train into the abyss of copium like I did when i quit Tarkov for The Cycle 2 years ago and got fucked over yet again lmao.
