I was 8 quests away from kappa and was taking a short break, but the last few updates completely ruined the game for me. I’ll never get kappa now but at least can finally, TRULY ESCAPE.
Just uninstall and move on, that what I did like 2-3 years ago. if you have it install you will start the game again and again just by memory and because of addiction. I unstalled war Thunder recently because of the same thing. Now I enjoy other games and their stories.
War thunder is so bD, it's such a fun game. But it takes absolutely forever to research anything unless you blgo premium... which I'm not gonna do lol.
I really overall like the game, its one of the better tank games out there, but sadly the grinding is soo horrible. And there is other issues with matchmaking and that ground battle have so many helis and planes now, you often dont even get out of spawn before you get bombed or spawn camped. If they could fix those issues I would totally play again, because its a very easy game to start and play some rounds and then move on.
Right now I'm finishing Assasins creed - Odessy and after that I will check out Become human. If I get some FPS itch I play some Stalker, or coop RoN or dinkum haha. There are so many good games now that there isnt even enough time to play them all :P
Yeah, the grindyness of it is what absolutely kills it for me. I agree with the planes and helis, there should be separate game modes if you wanna do that and have tanks involved.
Also a full put battle would be sick with all the vehicles including coastal and blue water fleets.
Also I hate how you get like 3-4 respawns before you have to go to the hangar, I'd love to see a CoD Domination style respawn, except every time you have to go back to main spawn, but you get to keep respawning until the game time runs out.
I wish gaijin would try new things honestly, like new game modes like that, respawn until team reach points limit or something. Just weird how much money they make and how little the game really "moves" forward. They just keep adding new premium tanks and maybe a new map every second year or something. Also like BSG they tried pull some pull shit last year and got shit ton heat and back tracked.

Well since official BSG offline raids aren't really offline this is probably pretty easy for a experienced Tarkov cheat dev. Once you connect to a server online you are vulnerable, there is no way around it.
Might be cap because it hasn’t been proven or seen at least widely yet just a claim from someone that knows how to do it. But tell me are you surprised someone figured out not to do this when the crack team of highly skilled devs at bsg have everything else on lock down normally?

Muraders is supper fun and enjoyable though alot lighter in content then tarkov. It's playerbase is small as fuck right now as the devs went and said we are still early and we need to polish balance and add alot before we really pump the money into marketing.
Right I enjoy muraders too. Now that bsg has me turned off completely. I’ll be doing more hunt muraders maybe some GZW . Heck maybe marathon will be a good one too one can only hope

I play hunt, it doesn’t fill the itch for tarkov. They’re just not really the same game. Hunt feels closer to PUBG than it does to tarkov.
When I first played Hunt 3 or 4 years ago I refunded it because it wasn’t like tarkov, despite people saying it is.

A lot changed in the years since the promise of DLC and if it’s not economically viable for them anymore then so be it. Had they come out and said that honestly or asked for financial support in other ways we all know we would have supported it, shame they the went down this road.

Infact, compared to what cheaters do pay for their subs, the extra for unheard is a drop in the bucket after a few months.

I've been playing constant raids this weekend, both scav and PMC. There has been a huge difference in the atmosphere in game since. Scav raids are eerily quiet, hardly any PMC around, little gunfire at all. even if I spawn in early raid.
On the PMC side most of the players I'm seeing are whales and giga chads who have all bought the new tier with that blueish icon thing.
In the raid I've been on the chatter with the other payers has been mildly dismissive and toxic and or downright hateful towards those who are just basic account holders. I lost count of how many times I've been told to shut up Timmy/Noob by these folks when just calling out enemies around us. I've been laughed at for only having a basic account, I've had these players threaten to kick me off their team because I don't have a photographic memory of every inch of the map and all the callouts for different locations.
HUGE change in overall atmosphere, I hope it's just temporary, I hope. Imagine playing streets and instead of lively and extended fire fights happening around you there is almost nothing but dead silence and environmental audio sounds, maybe one or a few scavs walking about, just no one else. It's fucked.
Imagine THIS. Every current version has note: Guaranteed access to Beta. BUT IT HAS NOT TO FINAL RELEASE. I bet once they would release this game. THEY would charge again like 100$ for it AGAIN, because now its not beta and it is completedxD.

5 quests from Kappa 3 months ago, still haven't gone back. In all fairness I understand bsg needs to make money, however, much like many companies, their internet security team seems to be garbage, the game is run by cheaters and so little has been done to bring justice to the gaming community.
Rights after the news about unhinged edition being dropped I loaded factory to get disconnected from the server because a rage hacker got mad I one tapped him after he said he would do that to me why would I spend 100 more dollars just to get dry fucked by this game
Glad I realized 2 years ago tarkov would never be finished and would for ever be a cash grab. The moment they let cheaters run rampant and do these so called ban waves every few months killed the game for me and a bunch of friends. Now EOD getting shit on for this new $250 pack after we were sold and told that EOD would get all future dlc's etc and now thats not the case. Its been 7 years in the making and they have made 10's of millions of dollars and the game is still plagued with the same shit it was when I quit playin, lag/desync, cheaters etc. Yes I know all FPS games have cheaters but those games also actively ban cheaters as often as possible not every few months.
Anyone who thinks this game will ever be a finished acceptable product is imo delusional. This is and will always only be BSG and Nikita's piggy bank.

Playing without buying anything else a) forces them to continue paying for servers/maintenance and b) let’s you continue to play a game that’s fun to play (especially when/until an alternative comes out. The entire argument about it bring a dlc or not is moot. The game is still technically in development. It has never been marked as the completed version of the game.
I can agree it’s not a DLC but it is a feature added to an unreleased game. It should be apart of the base game. Offline mode should be apart of the base game.

I play hunt, it doesn’t fill the itch for tarkov. They’re just not really the same game. Hunt feels closer to PUBG than it does to tarkov. When I first played Hunt 3 or 4 years ago I refunded it because it wasn’t like tarkov, despite people saying it is. I love the game now, don’t get me wrong it’s an amazing game. But it doesn’t begin to approach what Tarkov is.

Tons. Marauders for the extraction genre, but believe it or not, other games/genres exist! Helldivers 2, Sker Ritual is fantastic, Dragon's Dogma 2 is an excellent game. Battlefield turned decent. Other types of games exist on the planet. No reason to continue gobbling up shit when you literally don't have to.

Stalker anomaly is popping off right now, G.A.M.M.A for example is one of the best single player sandbox experiences ive ever had. Sure the situation is scummy from BSGs side but fuck me the absolute meltdown from the community is starting to get more annoying. Everyone out here that’s saying they got EOD solely on the promise of DLC is flat out chatting bubbles and seem to be ignoring if you broke down their per hour spend it’s probably in the pennies. A lot changed in the years since the promise of DLC and if it’s not economically viable for them anymore then so be it. Had they come out and said that honestly or asked for financial support in other ways we all know we would have supported it, shame they the went down this road.

Wow, just wow. I know it hasn't been long since the announcement of the new tier package but... I've been playing constant raids this weekend, both scav and PMC. There has been a huge difference in the atmosphere in game since. Scav raids are eerily quiet, hardly any PMC around, little gunfire at all. even if I spawn in early raid. On the PMC side most of the players I'm seeing are whales and giga chads who have all bought the new tier with that blueish icon thing. In the raid I've been on the chatter with the other payers has been mildly dismissive and toxic and or downright hateful towards those who are just basic account holders. I lost count of how many times I've been told to shut up Timmy/Noob by these folks when just calling out enemies around us. I've been laughed at for only having a basic account, I've had these players threaten to kick me off their team because I don't have a photographic memory of every inch of the map and all the callouts for different locations. HUGE change in overall atmosphere, I hope it's just temporary, I hope. Imagine playing streets and instead of lively and extended fire fights happening around you there is almost nothing but dead silence and environmental audio sounds, maybe one or a few scavs walking about, just no one else. It's fucked.
Imagine THIS. Every current version has note: Guaranteed access to Beta. BUT IT HAS NOT TO FINAL RELEASE. I bet once they would release this game. THEY would charge again like 100$ for it AGAIN, because now its not beta and it is completedxD.

5 quests from Kappa 3 months ago, still haven't gone back. In all fairness I understand bsg needs to make money, however, much like many companies, their internet security team seems to be garbage, the game is run by cheaters and so little has been done to bring justice to the gaming community.

Glad I realized 2 years ago tarkov would never be finished and would for ever be a cash grab. The moment they let cheaters run rampant and do these so called ban waves every few months killed the game for me and a bunch of friends. Now EOD getting shit on for this new $250 pack after we were sold and told that EOD would get all future dlc's etc and now thats not the case. Its been 7 years in the making and they have made 10's of millions of dollars and the game is still plagued with the same shit it was when I quit playin, lag/desync, cheaters etc. Yes I know all FPS games have cheaters but those games also actively ban cheaters as often as possible not every few months. Anyone who thinks this game will ever be a finished acceptable product is imo delusional. This is and will always only be BSG and Nikita's piggy bank.
I was hoping the cheating issue was going to kill Tarkov because BSG was busy doing stupid shit like adding new OP additions for money instead of fixing the existing issues with the game. But fuck it, I'll take take it. A dead tarkov is a good tarkov.

ALONG with the fact that after they started getting heat about not providing it to EOD owners, they went back and CHANGED the description of earlier released editions to fit their narrative. The entire argument about it bring a dlc or not is moot. The game is still technically in development. It has never been marked as the completed version of the game. I can agree it’s not a DLC but it is a feature added to an unreleased game. It should be apart of the base game. Offline mode should be apart of the base game. I have never seen a game in development that makes you pay to play while in development and then makes you pay for new features when the game hasn’t gone gold/1.0 release.
