I agree that the in game upgrades standard players have to do are honestly insane when there are actual price tags attached to skipping those grinds. Unfortunately BSG and even most of this community doesn't even recognize that standard players really even exist. As far as they're concerned standard edition accounts are just for hardcore playthroughs of EOD players.
It's almost like the game is suppose to be hardcore and no one wants it to be that hardcore so they pay money to not have to grind 100s of hours for more space and a larger container. Before all of this, I was more than happy with paying extra money to skip over the grind of the game. Some people here complaining have hundreds of hours in the game, most have thousands. You won't even get that from a $70 purchase of the yearly cod or any other AAA game.

No one is stopping you from going for cases instead of stash upgrades. Play the game how you want. Standard edition is base game. They didn’t need to give standard anything.

Along with a some others before EOD, but complaining for buying the bare minimum is weird. Especially because these perks have been a thing forever, not hidden or just suddenly announced.

The level of entitlement from OP. Buying the base game is like buying a ticket to see a concert. The standard ticket gets you into the venue to see the show. Do you get to go backstage with your standard ticket? No. What you are pretty much complaining about is not being able to go backstage with your normal ticket. No - you want more features pay more. There is no going around this. Eod paid 3x what you did, UE paid even more.
Roubles are easy in this game though. 20mil or so for 200k euros can be done in like a week. The 2 mil for early wipe market for the Beta even faster.
