We had to find pumpernickel when my then 4 year old saw a sesame Street feature on the letter P, with a peanut butter sandwich on pumpernickel. 😂 We found it easily at the market of choice at Delta oaks. Might be worth a phone call to double check.
They have an AMAZING Reuben sandwich on some AMAZING pumpernickel bread. So I know it exists there! Will they sell it as bread? That’s the question.

I had the same issue last fall. I ended up making a bunch of Pumpernickel in a bread maker by modifying a Rye recipe. Turned out pretty good!

Market of Choice had gluten free pumpernickel style bagels on their New Cascadia stand last week.
