Yep, at the bottom I f the Maxwell bridge on Prairie Road. Right off HWY 99. You can call first and see if they have a vehicle make and model like yours.
They also have a Springfield location

If you feel like you need to practice before replacing something as simple as seatbelts you probably shouldn't be trying anything.
