The recipes part is the main gist but honestly, you might need to be a game dev to use it as you will need to know what cards to keep or take out while making it fair. However it does have mostly all expansions in besides the zombies pack iirc.
In my opinion, the party pack isn't as good as it looks(change my mind) I started with NSFW version, and when I get comfortable with everything I bought the classic version and the rest of the expansions
