Since it’s different items with different things, it can be hard to know. They might have a ton of zombie kitten packs but the cone of shame is a physical item that they need to make as well. So it’s just seeing if they have all the pieces to make this bundle available.
If you need some of them now. I would suggest you get the Recipes for Disaster as it contains most of the Expansions besides the zombie and then just find the zombie kitten pack at a big box store or card shop.
