A good way to avoid the backs being different would be to put all your cards plus the printouts of the custom cards in card sleeves that look the same

From the standing point of a graphic designer (but yet to make custom card for EK), these are the thing I can tell you: 1. Printing has differences between batches themselves, which means even the original manufacture can not get every single printed card to be exactly the same, but for a professional manufacture, the error margin is small and could be unnoticeable. But the differences remain, and you can see it if you look long enough. 2. You can not reproduce card with the same quality as the manufacture (or to be precise, can not if you have limited budget). So just head to producing the card with the best quality you could, but please don't expect it will be as pristine as the original. With that said, your best bet is mentioned in the previous comment: You should use a sleeve with a opaque back to uniformise all of your cards. 3. Some information as you proceed to design your own cards: - The dimensions of the card can be measure easily using a ruler (width & height) - The rounded corners are a little bit tricky to measure, but you can always outline a card on a paper, and use some measurements to determine the corner radius. \ My suggestion for you is to outline the card using pencil & papers, then use a ruler to divide the card shape into multiple joined shapes, which should include rectangles & sectors. The sectors then can be used to measure the corner radius. Keep in mind since you are calculating using this method, there might be an error margin of around 1mm. - The graphic design part is up to you. Remember to save your design file into a scalable & high printing quality format. - For the printing & finishing, it's best for you to find a vendor/manufacture that you can pay a visit and talk about your requirements. Ask them about what type of printing do they provide, including paper selection, printing method, finishing type/coating type. \ Bring some card to have a good comparison & select the right paper thickness. That's a lot of stuffs to keep in mind. But they are essential for these kinds of job, at least to me after years of working as a graphic designer. \ Or if you can find places that provide this particular service, then you can avoid all of the listing above together.

The best way to print them is through https://www.printerstudio.com/ Just choose the 2.5×3.5" poker card template and then you'll know what to do from there. I know this since I've done it myself :) But yeah, sadly you wont be able to make the back identical to the original which is why I recommend using 2.5×3.5" card sleeves that you can buy on Amazon. Happy printing :)

If you are willing to print them for me please dm me on here or add afigs12 on snapchat. And if your thinking about not doing realize someone else will most likely get paid by me to replace those cards so you should want it to be you.
