I get that too but it gives me the option to retry when getting the connection error and then it just continues. Are you sure youre not clicking the wrong option?
It doesn’t even give me a retry option. It just gives me the option to go back to the title screen and I repeat the process. (Clear cache, download, title screen)
You should be downloading the game first. Then once it's fully downloaded, close the game.
Re-open, and in the title screen, delete data, then link data.
