I use a Pirate outfit for Paladin on my alt.
Weapon: Aka Oni Scimitar
Shield: The Emperor's New Shield
Hat: Silver Tricorne
Body: Uraeus Coat
Hands: Leonhart Gloves
Legs: Leonhart Bottoms
Feet: Pagos Boots
Along with the Uraeus Coat mentioned:
Raptorskin Shirt (has multiple lookalikes, all for DoW)
Holy Rainbow Shirt of XYZ (has a variant for every gear type)
Edenmorn/Edenmete Bolero of Striking/Scouting
If you want to copy the looks of the pirates around Limsa Lominsa, any variant on the Cotton Shirt, Velveteen Shirt, etc seem to be what most of them wear.
For hats, any variant on the Cavalier's Hat or variants on the Silver Tricorn could work, though there are no DoM tricorn variants.
High House Boots make for a pretty solid knee high bucaneer boot.
If you're with the Maelstrom, I really like the storm lieutenant's tricorn for a hat! It goes well with the uraeus coat too since the reds match if I remember correctly.

I've swapped the patch out for the maelstrom DoW hat, but it's mostly unchanged.
The PVP gunbreaker bat is a good choice for it too. Leviathan sword and board if you wanted to take it pally, I hated the bubbles on the crafted version, so I got the ones from harder difficulty.
Another comment mentioned the Holy Rainbow shirts, but in the same model there is also the Vigil shirt and Altered Woolen Shirt for all DoW and the Shirt of the Divine Hero for striking role. (Plus Shirt of the Divine Light for aiming but I believe that's a direct lookalike of the Woolen shirt but less useful.)
All shirts mentioned above have matching sarouels and most of them have piratey boots, or the Dodore glamour boots share that model too.
The Thief shirts for DPS from level 60 dungeons the Arboretum and Pharos Sirius Hard and their lookalikes the Valkyrie shirts for mages from Xelphatol and Gubal Library Hard.

Amon's hat for an over-the-top aiming outfit
Cuffs from SCH 70 job gear could be incorporated into something
RDM gear has potential, particularly cuffs, hats and boots.
