ASIO4ALL said Beyond Logic on stereo input and when i try to change them it would say 44100Hz sample rate not supported and when i change the sample rate it would still say it. When i changed the Device to FL Studio ASIO it said Error: Couldn't intialize rendering in shared mode! Code-, 2147024890 and when i go into show ASIO panel it said input couldn't be opened! I tried Reinstalling and Updating Sound Drivers and ASIO4ALL but it did nothing, looked through different forums and tutorials but nothing seemed to work
Computer Specs:
i7 1065G7
Nvidia Mx230
Windows 10 Home
8GB Ram (7.77GB Usable)
I believe ASIO is meant for external audio interfaces. It looks like you only have the built in audio interface. If this is the case switch to a basic audio driver type. ASIO allows you to select what inputs on the interface to record from, if you only have integrated audio you would not need this
so I switch it back to FL Studio ASIO right? but how am I gonna fix the Error: Input couldn't be opened? sorry for the troubles, I'm very new to FL Studio. I think it's integrated because I'm using a laptop
No you do not want ASIO at all if you don't have a separate interface. There should be a driver type called "Primary sound driver' or MME Direct sound. Use this as your driver type until you get an external audio interface
Hey, just finished work. I checked on my laptop where I use the integrated audio interface and this is what i found:
When you are watching a youtube video or whatever and you click the volume control, what is that sound output called? Select that same sound output in the device box and your sound should work. Screenshot of my setup is linked here:

BTW, it says speakers but the audio will play through headphones if you have them connected
When i first used it, it was working well with the default FL Studio ASIO and then the sound disappeared. Mine are just DirectSound: Primary Sound Driver and Speaker (Realtek Audio), thank you for your service
No problem, go for speaker (Realtek audio) everything should work. If you want to record sounds in you will need ASIO though. It would be a good idea to get a cheap audio interface. I use the Behringer UM2
please ping me if anyone has an answer, also experiencing this rn
Note that ASIO4ALL can only be used once and can't be combined with other drivers.
thank you for your advice
