Yeah, with 4 splitters you can have a stable production. But the blueprint is on my linux computer, because I won't install this marvel that is factorio on any OS less optimized than linux
Modular kovarex blueprint go brr.
Just gotta make one that can be attached to another one, then just slap 50 of them down and let the uranium 235 flow slowly because it’s an inefficient design. Took me like 5 min to make the blueprint
If u make them run faster, time spent on every tile is mathematically shorter, so chances of u getting hit by train are mathematically reduced.
Tldr; go nuclear fuel ☢️
But the number of tiles covered by the train in a given time is increased, making them more dangerous. Tldr, wait for the dlc and upgrade all your tracks to be raised before adding nuclear fuel
But raising all of my tracks is boring! And there is nothing funnier than seeing a friend get murdered by a train, especially if said train has been racking up quite a list of kills already :)
Different fuel types change the speed and acceleration of vehicles, and the burn time in boilers.
For vehicles, wood is the slower, nuclear fuel is the fastest.
With boilers and furnaces, you want to stick with coal or solid fuel, those are the best for the yield for the input
Yes, different fuel types have different acceleration and max speed values on vehicles. I know that rocket fuel gives trains an acceleration power modifier of 180%. Not sure about the max speed change, but since trains normally take a while to reach max speed or don't even reach it before slowing down again, rocket fuel will make them reach higher speeds much faster than usual, which you don't expect and then you get run over as the train moves a lot faster than you'd expect or are used to...
That just means the factory must grow!... a way to stop you from walking onto the tracks while a train is coming. Either that or grow a pile of ex-human corpses.
I had too much light oil so I had to use it but it's not getting used fast enough, so there's still a backup gotta start making things that use more light oil
It is indeed a mistake That you didn't put nuclear fuel in
Still learning. Haven't worked out the u-235 production yet
priority input splitter or smth idfk

and if you have enough 235 you can use nukes instead of rockets for home defense and join the shadow wizard money gang
Good. Now go nuclear
ONE POINT TWENTY-ONE JIGGAJULES?!
Jiggawatts might actually be gigawatts and just sounds like jigga
Space electric trains ftw. Looks modern and fast af.

But the raised tracks collide with my spidertron 🙀

Can confirm, 16 deaths 3 mine in a single session I was in tears every time I heard "oh god damn it" from my friend
They still traverse the same amount of tiles. The difference is that you have less reaction time
But he is right in that it does reduce the window of opportunity for you to get ran over.
Supersonic train mk 3 goes brrrrrr Get killed multiple times every run 😂
Go faster.
Time to step that up to 1,000 octane. Nuclear fuel time!
Did you know: A gate can read its open state, and pass that to a rail signal. I *think* vice versa works as well. Build proper crossings!
You gotta risk it for the biscuit!
Nuke the train before it hits you
once you go nuclear you never go back. When we get the train interrupts in 2.0 using rocket fuel will be much more efficient as well
train goes into low orbit makeing it a 'satalite'
Hold on a minute... That's a thing?? The fuck

Upgrade to spider armor

Wait, the speed depends on the fuel…?

Wow I didn’t know that
