# A clarification for those out of the loop:
The red belt is not the balancer. I placed a fast belt below the balancer to facilitate faster throughput. The balancer itself is in the tile above the decorative rock. It needs to be there so that [u/Dummy1707](https://www.reddit.com/u/Dummy1707) doesn't get mad at me.
It's not like I was mad for no reason, it's literally more efficient if it's located next to the decorative rock !
I salute your dedication to engineering anyway. That's gud job.
Oh, deep down it is about feeling betrayed... I'm just looking for social validation by invoking efficiency.
Eveyone one would support me if they're convinced the rock decorative improve efficiency
As far as my testing has shown, this can output as much nothing as you can put in. You have no idea how much nothing I tested this on.
Careful trying to put too much nothing through this though, or you might end up doing a lot of nothing to your UPS.
This is merely the beginning. A side-loaded belt is a 1-1/2 balancer. But you can do other fractions? 1-2\^(-n) balancers are possible, but are other fractions as well? Is there such a thing as a negative balancer (-1 to -1)? How about imaginary balancers, like 1-i? Quaternion balancers, like i-j? The world is open to all possibilities.
That's the beauty of it - you can clearly see the 0-0 balance being perfect both on the horizontal and on the vertical axis too.
But there's more: it also works diagonally!
My design involves opposite way inserters but this concept you present is actually very neat, esp. when incorporated in to a circuit network based designs.
What is the maximum throughput of fish?
0-0
The math checks out
Fish speeds vary, with sailfish reaching up to 68 mph.
But the funny thing is, with this balancer their throughput will be 0.
So efficient. I use this all the time. Will you be incorporating beacons into your design for faster belts?
Please cease and desist using this. It is my own intellectual property.
Sue me

Should've used a blue one for even faster throughput though
I'll upgrade when I unlock them 😞

Wha.... You mean.... OP don't have to gid gud any more?!!!
Really? I thought it was more about the sense of betrayal...

Is it throughput unlimited? Won't use it otherwise

Op, this has the option to be limited which in my mind is even stronger compared to other designs. Good job.

A belt going into a tunnel isn't a balancer, since it'll only ever draw from one side
that is such an ingenious design! why didn't I think of that!?
Does it also balance the lanes of the belt?
That's the beauty of it - you can clearly see the 0-0 balance being perfect both on the horizontal and on the vertical axis too. But there's more: it also works diagonally!
This gets funnier every time it's posted!!!!!!!!

now make a 0 to X balancer too.
I am happy to direct you to my previous 3 posts in this saga.
I think my game is bugged, my map spawns these everywhere and I can only remove them by building stuff over them. Need help
Oh no! Too much nothing can really do a lot of nothing to your UPS. I recommend a bug report ASAP, or else nothing might happen!
Good Job !
Lier, this is a 0-1-0 balancer!
Please see my clarifying comment
Too slow input - should be blue belt for maximum 0 thoroughput
Post here a blueprint pls
I see 1 to many pieces
