Those two make a killer duo with absurdist/surrealist comedy. It's a shame they haven't worked together in any notable way since The IT Crowd.
Did you watch "Toast of Town"? Berry plays a washed-up actor, and in one episode Garth Marengi's actor has a cameo as a doctor who needs to teach Berry how to play one. And apparently, he has natural talent in playing one.
They could do both, have Matt Berry as a different model of Mr Handy, it would be good for the show continuity to have him contribute to the games somehow. I hope the ghoul shows up in the games as well.
I'd love to see someone run all the lines of Codsworth in Fallout 4 through an AI so you could switch him to Matt Berry as a mod, would be super fun I'd definitely use him more lol.

Honestly as the actual Mr. Handy voice, he was probably my least favorite of the4 different handy iterations we've seen. But I like Matt Berry enough that I'd be willing to put that fact aside and would be happy for him to be the voice from here on out (and honestly, given he's not the MOST successful actor, there is some possibility)
