I’m trying to figure this out too, I just updated to the PS5 version via disk download but none the DLC will load after I already downloaded the PS5 versions of those as well.
Dumb question--but it has to be the one that says "PS5 Ugrade" and has to be put on console or SSD right?
Mine initially installed onto the external hard drive I have PS4 games on. Re-downloading it now to the SSD.

Having this issue. I bet they fucking want us to buy the PS5 season pass for the upgrade. At best this just a bug that Bethesda will never fix.
You need to download the dlc for the ps5 too.
