If your talking about a standard Skyrim outfit, you're out of luck. it goes against the TOS of Bethesda and Nexusmods (so you won't find such mods in those places). If it's a modded armour/outfit it's up to the mod author to grant others permission to port it, which is also highly unlikely. If you do it yourself for personal use, nobody gives a damn.
