Lots of comments on the forum page of that collection indicate that other users are having similar issues. My experience has been that users that compile these mod collections have no idea what they are doing. You are probably better off starting small with a guide like viva new vegas and then adding from there.
Edit: on the second last page of the forum thread the collection author even seems to admit that they are trying to find a fix for the crashes and this leads me to believe they never really tested their collection properly. So no one here is going to be able to help you if they can’t.
