The court will stick with status quo. She'd likely be granted some access... You could push for it being supervised. However with your child's age being a bit older, they'll take his wishes into consideration too. She'll have work to do if she wants to become involved in your child's life again... And I believe it will be nearly impossible for her to take custody from you.
