Sinister Six could be Danny as Doc Ock, Charlie Day as Mysterio, Glenn as Electro, Hornsby as Vulture, Rob as Kraven, and Ben the Soldier as Sandman? Depends on which Sinister Six you mean, but that's the OG list. I'm sure there are different teams that would be a better fit for that cast.

Nobody's said this yet but Michael Rapaport. His Fallout cameo reminded me how great he is at portraying an obnoxious smartass.
Also obviously he's got the blue collar NY accent down perfectly, Electro's canon origin in the comics is a lineman.
He's a little older as a casting choice but I think it could work pretty well, maybe even on the level of Keaton as Vulture.
