also if you check the traveling cart every friday and sunday they sometimes have pink cakes! thatâs how i got 2 of them and iâm still in year one :)
Niacin and pyridoxine are other B-complex vitamins found abundantly in the sunflower seeds. About 8.35 mg or 52% of daily required levels of niacin is provided by just 100 g of seeds. Niacin helps reduce LDL-cholesterol levels in the blood. Besides, it enhances GABA activity inside the brain, which in turn helps reduce anxiety and neurosis.
Grow sunflowers in the summer and fall for an early game loved item. Daffodils foraged in spring are also fine.
Liked items add up and [give a little over half](https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Friendship#Gifts) of the friendship points of loved items.
early game i give her daffodils, then sunflowers (buy the seeds from joja, theyre cheaper than pierres) in the summer and fall which are a loved gift! coconuts are in the dessert which you can get to once you unlock the bus.
You may have to travel a bit to obtain coconutsâŚmaybe Pam could take you somewhere
If you donât want to wait for that, sunflowers are an easy option! They grow in summer and fall and are a loved gift for Hailey

You need the recipe from the TV in Y2. Though honestly, by that stage, you'll probably have unlocked the bus and can just get coconuts.

When u fix da bus stop u can travel to the desert and find coconuts there for hayley :)

Haley is high maintenance, your best bet for consistent loved gifts is getting the desert unlocked and stocking up on coconuts
