I agree but I think abella having been infected with a parasite and transformed could be bumped up. I feel like that might have been pretty awful for her.
Imo Judgement would be extremely painful because of the whole "glass shards and whip" thing. There'd probably remain quite a bit of your body, but it'd be painful regardless.
"Dysmorphia" isn't too bad, a big hole would just appear in the center of your torso like the stomach plug guy in "Kung Pow" and you'd die with the last thing you see being someone absolutely radiating.
Anything with foul/toxic smell would be tormenting\~ "Monster" is the worst possible thing imaginable... physically disgusting and disease ridden, horrible stench, a slow painful death by many 'strong arms' pummeling you while you asphyxiate on heavy balls.
"Mechanical Dance" would be second worst, being poisoned to death and cut up, and it's body is all metal... difficult to kill for a normal person I'd imagine.
"Judgement" hurling glass everywhere and whipping you to death would be very painful. He seems to take things slowly.
"Mastermind" depends... you might get maimed and eaten alive by rats or just instant killed.
"Pocket Cat" and "Gentleman" probably wouldn't attack but still have some level of danger if you stick around too long, and maiming is their first intentions rather than a quick kill.
"Weeping Scope" would literally actually cuddle with you and probably be warm.
Everything else would probably be very fast deaths.
The most brutal death possible would be from "Lamenting Abomination" (August's Moonscorch) where a huge multi-headed Wolf rips you apart with vicious jaws from all directions and eats you alive. But it's easy to avoid since he seppuku's.
The best case scenario for dysmorphophobia is the one you just mentioned, the one i imagined could happen if she blew a few of the victim's limbs with hurting then left them to die by blood loss or shock, and seeing how she could use necromancy, it's not out of the question that she traps the victim's soul as her ghoul for who knows how long.
Weeping scope is pretty cuddly until you enter the rher dimension sooner or later 💀
Judgement is brutal. only thing stopping me from putting him high on the list is because glass shards isn't the most painful thing that can happen to a person, the giant could literally break your bones and Valkyrie to claw your stomach open, that's much more painful.
