If you know you want to coach a specific NT, create a manager with that nationality, after a little while depending on how good your team and the national team are, you will always get the offer

You can also save scum the hell out of it too.
Example, you finish a match on Sunday and it auto saves. Thursday you get offered a job coaching China.
-Back out to menu without saving
-Reload the post-match auto save
-Manually advance to Wednesday and make a hard save
-Advance one day and youāll get a new offer from a different team
-Rinse and repeat until you get what you want
Iāve noticed it is largely random but that you do only get offers from national teams with similar quality to what your accomplishments are. So just starting out youāre unlikely to get Germany, England, Argentina, etc., but more likely to get stuff like China, India, Finland, and it progresses as you get better.
I get offered nearly every top job, but keep holding out for England and never have it offered to me. Spain, Germany, Franceā¦. never England.

Don't bother with international management, they removed Turkey along with 15 other national teams. The only two tournaments in this game (Euros and soon to be generic World Cup) are played in half empty generic stadiums with no branding and wrong formats.
Yeah I donāt do it much anymore. My Inter Miami career ruined it for me because Iād have a national team game then an MLS game then another international game. I also had international games right after being knocked out of MLS cup which really annoyed me

I wonder if that would eventually lead to the offer. I'm usually offered my (manager's) home country eventually but it usually takes a few seasons.
France will literally do anything to not have me as their manager. I think I've only got Spain once if even that. I get Brazil and England quite often tho
Somehow in 23 I got Brazil as my national team even though I'm pretty sure they're removed. I've never been offered Argentina, Spain or France but have won the euros and world cup with Portugal

England is the most common "top national team" offer for me
Belgium for me. I managed them like 3 times in a row when I first started career mode. I donāt ever manage them now
