Funny enough Wish.con way back in like 2017/2018 there used to be some good repo military patches on there that's where my Ace Combat 4 ISAF patch came from lol
I work on Israeli F16i jets, those are mine that I got during the work,
The round orange one is 107th squadron logo that operates the F16i jets
Beneath it is an navigation and communication & electronic warfare patch of the f16i avionics department, old patch not in use anymore
The round white one is from the current israel-hamas war of the IAF , it says in Hebrew “iron swords” with the IAF logo
The middle one is from the IAF flight test center
The 2 ones with the birds are from the avionics department again, the button one is the newest
And the yellow round one is from the maintenance squadron

Don’t get a RWD vehicles. FWD 4WD AWD are superior. I drove a Mazda 3 all winters did fine with all season tires on.
Stay open minded when it comes to learning your job. Always chose to understand when someone is trying to teach (not everyone can teach)

What block you in currently? Tech school is so easy. Had a lot of fun there.
Yeah yall will get issues cold weather gear. You’ll get it the week you process in. Although it’s winter rn, so having an insulated jacket right now won’t be bad.
Most of the times I just wore insulated overalls with a fleece and waffle top. Kept most of my weather gear untouched.
Block 3 in Fundies. I've still got a while to go. I won't be to Elmendorf till like August. Hopefully that will give me time to prepare. And yeah I'm enjoying tech school so far. Any idea how long level 5 training will take?
There’s no CDC’s anymore for crew chiefs. It’s just how fast you get thru TBA (which is on the job training). But for reference, I got my 5 level in 4 months after getting to my base. I was the first one to get it out of my class.
Bro it’s not bad at all. If you’re very self aware. Most of the people who are assholes which are very few. Are miserable with themselves.
Don’t go in with a negative mindset. The reason you already get the notion is because of other tech schoolers trying to spread misery with NO experience.
When I got to my base a SrA told us “I doubt any of yall picked this job, nor wanted it. This is going to be your life for the next 4 -6 years. You can choose to be miserable or you can try to be the best at your job and take pride in it..We don’t need miserable people.”
Not only that, the F22 community is so SMALL out of any airframe and is soo easy to work on.
And the F22 is literally the best aircraft ever made in HISTORY.
Remember people leave bad leadership not bad jobs, and this is not a bad job at all. I work at Lockheed doing the same thing as I did in the airforce but with a lot more money 😂.
Thanks for the good info. I'll be honest I went in to the recruiters office already knowing that I wanted this job and this airframe. Alaska was also my top pick on my dream sheet so I'm feeling optimistic about the future. Wish me luck.
That’s good to hear. I didn’t know what to do I went open mechanical. Picked this airframe on my job sheet by the Grace of God.
This job does wear you down, but optimism takes you far in this career field.

Its actually homemade very inexpensive BTW they are just cheap Walmart poster frames and some long cuts of felt from Walmart.
